Reporting to the Compensation Manager, this position will be responsible for administering company compensation programs, maintaining compensation systems, procedures, and controls consistent with company policies. Participates in and interprets salary surveys to ensure the maintenance of the company’s competitive position.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 7 years of compensation administration experience; demonstrated knowledge of compensation methodologies, commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures
